Attendees scan a QR code at your event and enter their email. Once your photos are uploaded, MomentPik's face recognition matches each person and emails them their gallery directly, only the photos they appear in. No folders, no shared Drive, no app to install.
Can we add our logo and sponsor branding?
Yes, it's built for corporate. Every gallery, email and download carries your company logo, and photos are stamped with your logo watermark. Sponsor branding lives on your white-label gallery site, never watermarked onto the photos. Turn on white-label and MomentPik disappears entirely; a monthly plan covers unlimited events if you run them all year.
Is this a company perk or a way to earn?
Either. In Deliver free mode you pay one flat fee and every attendee downloads at no cost, the usual choice for internal dinners and convocations. Flip to Sell photos for public expos or galas and attendees buy prints and packages while you keep most of every sale. Switch modes any time.
Is the facial recognition privacy-compliant?
Yes. We process biometric data under GDPR and CCPA. Face embeddings are used only to match people within your event, never sold or shared, and are permanently deleted when the gallery's retention period ends. Attendees can request removal at any time.
How is our data secured?
All photos and data are encrypted in transit and at rest, stored on ISO-27001-certified infrastructure with role-based access. Payments run through PCI-DSS-compliant Stripe, so we never store card numbers. Data-processing agreements and regional storage are available on request.
