Momentpik offers a white-label SaaS platform for photographers to upload, sort, and sell event photos using bib number or selfie recognition.

Participants access photos via subdomains (e.g., photos.yourevent.com) and purchase directly through the photographer's payment gateway.

Photographers pay a per-event fee ($25 for 5,000 images, $1/1,000 additional images) and an optional $10/month/event to keep events live.

Commissions: 20% or $5 per purchase (whichever is higher), with tiers (18% for $500-$1,000, 15% for >$1,000).

Momentpik invoices photographers monthly for commissions based on tracked sales.

Photographers are responsible for AWS processing costs passed at cost ($1/1,000 images).

Provide a valid payment gateway for participant purchases.

Market subdomains to drive participant traffic.

Ensure uploaded images comply with privacy laws (e.g., GDPR for EU events).

Purchased photos are for personal use only; commercial use requires photographer consent.

No refunds unless photos fail to download due to platform errors.

Photographers retain ownership of uploaded images.

Momentpik claims no rights over photos but may use thumbnails for platform functionality.

Momentpik is not liable for inaccurate bib/selfie recognition or payment disputes.

Service uptime is targeted at 99.9%, but no guarantees are made.

Photographers may cancel anytime; unpaid invoices must be settled.

Momentpik may terminate accounts for non-payment or violation of terms.
